JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and mentor the Settlement team staff
- Draft, review, and finalize settlement agreements and other legal documents
- Manage case-related deadlines and electronic information
- Ensure compliance with professional responsibility rules and civil procedure rules
- Stay updated on rules and regulations in state and federal courts

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Paralegal certificate or equivalent qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in litigation
- 3+ years of experience in a management or leadership role
- Familiarity with case management software and other legal programs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
