Duties:
- Analyze client needs and develop effective legal strategies.
- Prepare legal documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.
- Advise clients on available options and create strategic plans for case resolution.
- Represent clients in court hearings and bankruptcy proceedings.
- Supervise and collaborate with administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks.
Requirements:
- Experience representing clients preferred.
- Ability to work independently while managing a high caseload.
- Strong research and writing skills with experience in legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis.
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Active Bar membership in Connecticut (Required).
