## Responsibilities

The Corporate Transactional Associate will have strong transactional experience including due diligence, legal research, document drafting and negotiation in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, and corporate governance matters. Candidates must be comfortable working directly with clients and managing substantial components of a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. Corporate and transactional experience in the healthcare and life sciences industries is a plus, but not required.

Day Pitney's interdisciplinary Healthcare and Life Sciences practice assists its clients with a wide range of corporate business, transactional, and regulatory compliance needs.
