Position Description:
- Seeking mid- to senior-level associates for the Digital Assets and Data Management Group at BakerHostetler
- Work with regional, national, and multinational clients as part of the Digital Risk Advisory and Cybersecurity Team
- Focus on proactive and reactive privacy and data protection compliance matters
- Advise on data security incidents and related regulatory investigations
- Comply with contractual and legal obligations related to security

Desired Experience:
- Privacy and security obligations
- State, federal, and international data security incident notification obligations
- Defending regulatory investigations related to privacy and security

Ideal Candidate:
- Law firm or in-house privacy and cybersecurity breach response experience, or litigation experience with an interest in this area
- Exceptional project management skills
- Knowledge of data privacy and security laws
- Strong writing and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage a complex workload and anticipate issues
- Motivated to learn and understand technology and forensic investigations
- Professional commitment and interpersonal skills for a collaborative team environment
