- Work closely with General Counsel and other staff members to ensure compliance with regulations
- Salary Range: $60, to $65, Annually
- Job purpose: Play a crucial role in supporting legal operations
- Document Preparation: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and managing case files
- Legal Support: Providing general support to attorneys, attending meetings, and managing correspondence
- Qualifications: Associate degree required, bachelor's degree and paralegal certification preferred
- 3-5 years of Paralegal experience required, experience in healthcare organization highly preferable
- Ability to work in a complex team environment and collaborate with internal and external professionals
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, and highly organized
- Working conditions: May require prolonged periods of standing, walking, and working on a computer
- Physical requirements: May require the occasional ability to lift up to 25 pounds

As a dedicated and experienced Paralegal at 26Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal operations. Document Preparation and Legal Support

In this role, you will work closely with our General Counsel and other staff members to ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. Your responsibilities will include assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, managing case files, and providing general support to attorneys. You will also have the opportunity to conduct training sessions for staff members on legal topics relevant to healthcare operations and compliance.

Qualifications and Working Conditions

To be successful in this role, you will need an associate degree, while a bachelor's degree and paralegal certification are preferred. 3-5 years of Paralegal experience is required, and experience in a healthcare organization is highly preferable. You must also have the ability to work in a complex team environment and collaborate with internal and external professionals. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, and strong organization skills are also essential for this role.

Your working conditions may require prolonged periods of standing, walking, and working on a computer, and may also involve occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
