H1: Paroles & Renewals Paralegal Job at Law Firm H2: Responsibilities The Law Firm is currently seeking a Paroles & Renewals Paralegal to join their growing Paroles & Renewals department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and case management skills and have knowledge of USCIS filings, including Advance Parole, Parole in Place, I-751, I-90s, and I-765. Responsibilities: • Prepare immigration applications for filing with USCIS, including Advance Parole, Parole in Place, I-751, I-90s, and I-765 • Prepare forms, letters, documents, and correspondence for attorney review • Maintain extensive communication with clients to provide case status and outstanding customer service • Oversee status of cases through utilization of case management systems, including CLIO and Airtable • Make regular updates to our case management systems, including client information, case tracking information, and client communications • Complete daily assignments and communicate case status during weekly meetings H2: Qualifications • , specifically I-131, I-751, I-90s, and I-765 • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required • Experience with Case Management Softwares, such as Clio and Airtable, preferred • Knowledge of EOIR, Humanitarian, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications is preferred, but not required H2: Salary Salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience.
