We handle significant patent infringement matters for a wide variety of clients. Our cases to date have involved biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, computer software, computer hardware components, computer connectivity and networks, satellite technology, mechanical devices, telecommunications technology, and semiconductor technology.

At Munger, Tolles & Olson, our lawyers will have the opportunity to be heavily involved in overall strategizing, briefing, and depositions, as well as trial. There is typically a considerable amount of client contact, as well as travel throughout the country. We have no formal billable hour requirement, and our lawyers work hard to provide commitment to the firm, clients and matters.

Our firm offers a competitive salary range, depending on the associate’s law school class year, and a Total Rewards package.
