JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Litigation Family Law Attorney at Cordell & Cordell, your responsibilities will include:

- Proactively managing family law cases from start to finish
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
- Making recommendations for practice improvement to managers
- Tracking performance metrics to measure accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
- Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
- At least 3 years of litigation experience
- Experience as 1st chair in family law cases
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio
- Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software
