This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work on a diverse range of corporate transactions and regulatory matters for various health care organizations, such as hospitals, insurance companies, long term care providers, physician practices and other related businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Manage regulatory and corporate transactional matters for health care clients
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Fraud and Abuse, Stark, Medicare reimbursement, hospital-physician relationships, provider-payor relationships and HIPAA
- Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to provide exceptional service to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry changes and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing regulatory and corporate transactional matters in the health care industry
- Strong understanding of Fraud and Abuse, Stark, Medicare reimbursement, hospital-physician relationships, provider-payor relationships and HIPAA
- Active law license in the state where the office is located
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Information:
- $150,000-$225,000 per year
- Salary may vary based on experience and location
