Job Description:

- Conduct file review and legal analysis of claims and causes of action.
- Conduct extensive legal research and draft substantial briefs, memos, pleadings, and appellate briefs.
- Represent clients in court, at arbitrations, and in depositions.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests.
- Retain and collaborate with expert witnesses.
- Prepare for and attend trials.
- Some travel may be required.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in general liability, experience in other practice areas is a plus.
- Must have a . degree from an ABA-approved law school.
- Admitted to practice in the states of NY and NJ, other states a plus but not required.
- Must have superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have strong research abilities and written and oral communication skills.
- Must have a strong work ethic, ability to self-manage, and work in a team environment.
