Biller & Kimble, LLC is seeking an attorney with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our firm’s wage and hour, class action, and employment law practices.



If selected for the job, you should expect to dive into complex, high-stakes litigation, client interaction, and managing cases from the start. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

We expect excellent work, and we offer competitive pay and benefits. The salary range is $85,000 to $130,000, depending on experience. We also offer a generous, transparent bonus system that historically has ranged from about $20,000 to $60,000. Benefits include vacation time, an employer-funded 401(k), and health, dental and vision insurance.

Qualification and Experience Candidates should have at least three years of experience in complex litigation on either side of the “v.” Candidates must be aggressive, creative, and possess a strong work ethic. Candidates must also have a client-centered mindset and excellent communication skills within the workplace.
