Qualifications:
- 4+ years of employment law experience
- Experience in federal and state court, EEOC, and NYSDHR
- Strong skills in strategy development, drafting pleadings, and taking/defending depositions
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to New York State Bar and in good standing
