Law Firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Securities Lit & Enforcement team. This position will be located in New York, NY.

The Senior Associate will have four to seven years post-JD experience (not including clerkships). The ideal candidate will have experience handling SEC Enforcement and other government investigations, internal investigations and other white collar and regulatory enforcement as well as related or parallel securities litigation matters.

The Senior Associate will be expected to have strong analytical skills and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.

## Job Requirements

- Juris Doctor
- Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
- Experience in regulatory (., the SEC, CFTC) or criminal (., DOJ, a USAO, District Attorney, Office of the Attorney General) enforcement organization preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
