Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Trial Attorney to join our quickly expanding practice in Los Angeles, California. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to join a dedicated team of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and support staff, working on premises liability accident cases.

Responsibilities:

- Manage premises liability cases in litigation in the Los Angeles, Irvine, and Orange County areas in Southern California
- Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
- Guide plaintiff clients through the case process
- Interact with expert witnesses and prepare for depositions, mediations, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiffs

Qualifications:

- Law degree from an ABA accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the California Bar Association
- 3+ years of PI litigation experience, preferably in premises liability or motor vehicle/automobile liability
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and take them to trial
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Self-motivated with long-term career goals
- Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive base salary with guaranteed commission and uncapped ongoing commission fees/bonuses
