Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a full-service Am Law 100 law firm, is currently seeking a Litigation Associate for its New York offices. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice group and gain valuable experience.

Position Summary:

The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling either toxic tort or general liability matters. This position requires excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, strong academic background, proven skills in research, and the ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in litigation
• Licensed in New York and preferably New York & New Jersey
• Excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
• Strong academic background
• Proven skills in research
• Ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Trial experience is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $130,000 - $175,000
• Flexible options including fully remote, hybrid and full-time opportunities
