Employee Relations Partner - Remote:

- Position: Employee Relations Partner
- Location: Remote (must live in Southeast Region)
- Salary Range: $60K - $70K
- Job Category: HR Compliance

Overview:

- Responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees
- Conducts HR-related investigations and provides recommendations for resolution
- Analyzes and interprets data to monitor employee relations trends and advises Operational Management in a proactive and preventative approach
- Provides guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize legal liability
- Must live in the Southeast Region and be able to work remotely

Essential Functions:

- Oversees daily administration of reported concerns and conducts investigations in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Provides guidance on employee conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Partners with Operational Management, Business HR, Legal Teams, and Labor Relations to create solutions for complex Employee Relations issues
- Ensures high-quality HR support through performance management, legal compliance, and collaboration with COEs

Additional Responsibilities:

- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within region
- May be required to travel to company sites within supported region

Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and company policies
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial during investigations
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility, self-driven, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of multi-tasking and highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Detail oriented with strong follow-up practices
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law, or equivalent major, or additional four years of relevant experience
- Five or more years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time
