Job Title: Associate Attorney - Medicare Compliance

Responsibilities:
- Consult with employers, adjusters, and attorneys on Medicare issues in workers' compensation cases and defense litigation
- Educate clients on proper handling of Medicare set-asides
- Provide guidance to attorneys on best practices and strategies for case resolution, including structured settlements
- Perform conditional payment searches and prepare Medicare submissions for set-aside approval
- Draft Medicare language for settlement documents

Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in Medicare compliance
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Knowledge of workers' compensation and defense litigation preferred
