Responsibilities: In this role, the 1st Party Litigator will handle a significant caseload from start to finish, including attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Other responsibilities include preparing legal documents, developing client relationships, and meeting billing requirements. This position will be based in one of our Florida offices in Jacksonville, Gainesville, Ocala, Tampa, or Orlando. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of experience in first-party property or PIP defense litigation. They must be a good standing member of the Florida Bar and have strong knowledge and skills in all phases of litigation and case evaluation. Excellent oral advocacy and writing skills are also required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and process management systems.
