Cozen O’Connor's Condominium & Cooperative practice is conducted by experienced attorneys who have a deep understanding of the unique context in which condos and co-ops operate. They assist residential, commercial, and mixed-use condos and co-ops in navigating the complex web of laws and regulations that govern these types of properties. As part of a full-service firm, Cozen O’Connor's team is able to provide comprehensive legal services to meet the diverse needs of their clients.

The ideal candidate for this position will have one to three years of experience and a solid understanding of corporate governance and disputes between condo and co-op boards and other parties. They should also have a strong knowledge of local, federal, and state laws related to condos and co-ops. A NY bar license is required for this role.
