As a finance associate, you will have the chance to work closely with our partners and provide innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Represent banks, commercial finance companies, private debt funds, and other lenders in structuring and closing various financing transactions
- Familiarity with UCC Article 9 perfection provisions and mortgage/title insurance issues
- Experience with loan workouts and restructurings is a plus

Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in representing financial institutions in financing transactions
- Admitted to practice as an attorney
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation:
The estimated base salary range for this position is $210,000 to $250,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
