The Structured Finance Practice is renowned for its work on cutting-edge structured finance transactions, development of innovative structures, and first-time securitizations of new asset classes.

## Qualifications

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations
- Knowledge of complex and cutting-edge structured finance transactions
- Ability to develop innovative structures
- Experience in first-time securitizations of new asset classes
