Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

The Law Firm is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Handle personal injury cases from inception through and including trials
- Draft legal documents such as summons and complaints, bills of particulars, and discovery documents
- Prepare note of issue, motions, and subpoenas
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish is a plus
- Reliable transportation to and from the office (not accessible by public transportation)
- Must be able to work independently

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position in a professional office environment. The role will require the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Schedule:
