Key Responsibilities:
- Handle personal injury insurance defense cases for major domestic and foreign insurers
- Manage product liability, premises liability, and catastrophic injury claims
- Conduct depositions, attend court hearings, and draft and argue motions
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide well-written briefs and memoranda
- Maintain excellent client relationships and provide top-notch service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of personal injury insurance defense experience
- Admission to the Florida Bar
- Strong litigation experience, including depositions, court hearings, and motion practice
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Outstanding academic credentials
