The Role:

As a Remote Employee Relations Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing consistent and tactical support to managers and employees in resolving employee issues and conflicts. In this role, you will conduct HR investigations, analyze data, and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. This is a remote work opportunity, with the requirement of living in the Southeast region.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems
- Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations
- Ensure policy interpretation for supervisors and managers and provide guidance on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Partner with operational management, business HR, labor relations, and legal teams to create solutions for complex employee relations issues
- Deliver high-quality HR support through performance management, legal compliance, and employee communication
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within the region
- Travel as needed to company sites within the Southeast region

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law, or equivalent major (or additional four years of experience)
- 5+ years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Salary Information:

The salary for this position ranges from $60K to $70K, based on internal equity, market data, applicant's skills and experience, and relevant degrees or certifications.
