Responsibilities: - Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems - Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations - Ensure policy interpretation for supervisors and managers and provide guidance on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations - Partner with operational management, business HR, labor relations, and legal teams to create solutions for complex employee relations issues - Deliver high-quality HR support through performance management, legal compliance, and employee communication - Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within the region - Travel as needed to company sites within the Southeast region Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law, or equivalent major (or additional four years of experience) - 5+ years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations - Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Salary Information: The salary for this position ranges from $60K to $70K, based on internal equity, market data, applicant's skills and experience, and relevant degrees or certifications.
