To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in public finance, including working on taxable and tax-exempt financing transactions. Knowledge of federal and state securities and tax laws, as well as local borrowing laws, is essential. Additionally, we are looking for candidates who possess strong interpersonal skills, a solid work ethic, and are currently licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
