Summary:
Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their team and provide support to lawyers and other legal professionals in their multi-state law firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, with preference given to those with judicial foreclosure experience. Job Title: Legal Assistant
Location: Remote (Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Washington)
Salary: Competitive, Hourly
Experience: 2+ years as Legal Assistant or Paralegal, judicial foreclosure experience preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process assigned tasks according to Aldridge Pite procedures and client requirements
- Handle collateral document oversight for west coast teams
- Draft legal documents and correspondence as needed
- Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties as necessary
- Ensure team compliance with legal, regulatory, and client requirements
- Coordinate and prepare files for client audits
- Handle additional tasks and projects as needed to support foreclosure teams

Requirements:
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
- Experience with judicial foreclosure preferred
- Knowledge of multi-state legal and foreclosure processes preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong organizational skills
