We are currently seeking an experienced lawyer with 3-4 years of managed care litigation experience at a large or specialized firm to join our Commercial Litigation team in the Dallas office. The ideal candidate should have experience litigating reimbursement disputes between healthcare providers and payors arising from in-network contractual relationships. We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical, writing, organization, and communication skills who is able to provide legal counseling and advice to clients. Candidates with significantly more than 3-4 years of experience who are interested in a position that does not require progression to partnership will also be considered.

## Qualifications

* 3-4 years of managed care litigation experience at a large or specialized firm
* Experience litigating reimbursement disputes between healthcare providers and payors arising from in-network contractual relationships
* Strong analytical, writing, organization, and communication skills
