A law firm in Edwardsville is currently seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of governmental defense experience. The successful candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Conduct client consultations to understand the specifics of governmental defense cases.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings, investigations, and court proceedings.
• Draft and file legal documents, responses, and appeals on behalf of clients.
• Provide advice on compliance with government regulations and statutory requirements.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements with government agencies.
• Advocate for clients in matters related to constitutional and administrative law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of experience in governmental defense.
