Miami office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 5+ years of experience in wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate matters. The candidate will be responsible for: meeting with clients, preparing probate pleadings and all related documents, managing court dockets, maintaining own files, and preparing trust accountings and/or fiduciary accountings. Must have an . in Tax or Estate Planning and the ability to structure sophisticated estate plans and document same. Should preferably have a transferable book of business.
