Job Description:

Diepenbrock & Cotter LLP, a top-rated insurance defense law firm, is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our team. We are looking for someone with at least one year of litigation experience, but highly experienced attorneys are also encouraged to apply. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing facts and legal theories, preparing responsive pleadings, and handling law and motion. You will also be involved in accident and fact investigations, preparing and responding to discovery, and conducting client meetings and correspondence. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to take and defend depositions, as well as assist with trial preparation.

Education and License/Certification Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have a Doctorate degree and be licensed to practice law in California. A valid California Bar license is required.
