Who You Are: - You have an advanced degree (preferred) in chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, or applicable experience in the petrochemical industry, especially in downstream technology. - You have at least 8 years of experience in patent prosecution, including drafting patent applications, prosecuting applications before the USPTO, and working with foreign patent offices and local counsel. - You have strong analytical skills and can handle complex legal matters. - You have excellent writing skills and impressive academic credentials. - You excel in communicating with diverse groups of clients, attorneys, and staff. - You are a team player and can contribute to effective team relationships. - You are an active member of the state bar and comply with CLE requirements.
