Family Law Associate - Multiple Offices - Salary Information and Qualifications

Fox Rothschild, a leading law firm with offices in Princeton and Philadelphia, is seeking a Family Law Associate to join their team. This position will provide support for both New Jersey and Pennsylvania family law cases and requires a minimum of 1-3 years of experience. Recent graduates with a strong interest in family law are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state where the office is located
- Ideal candidate will be licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania

Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in family law preferred
- Previous clerkship or experience at a large law firm is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Provide support for family law cases in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required
- Familiarity with family law and relevant state laws and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- This is a clerical, office-based position
- Standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, and printers will be used
