**Members Only** is a growing law firm located in Cumming, Georgia, seeking a General Civil Litigation Associate to join our talented litigation team. As a full-service law firm, we handle a variety of cases including family law, commercial matters, and probate matters. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent research, writing, and communication skills to join our team.

As a Civil Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a diverse caseload. You will be responsible for conducting research on current caselaw, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and propounding and responding to discovery requests. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to make courtroom appearances, both locally and at the appellate level, and have direct contact with clients through consultations, updates, and strategy meetings.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong academic background, with both an undergraduate and postgraduate degree in law from accredited universities. Current admission to the State Bar of Georgia is also required. While 2-3 years of civil litigation experience is preferred, we will also consider recent graduates who possess the necessary skills and drive to succeed in this role. As a self-starter, you should be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research on current caselaw

Requirements/Qualifications:

Undergraduate and postgraduate degree in law from accredited universities
Current admission to the State Bar of Georgia
2-3 years’ experience in civil litigation is ideal but will consider recent graduates
Self-starter
Excellent oral, interpersonal, and writing skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
