This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong deal experience in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. The ideal candidate will have experience across a variety of asset types and structures, although this is not a requirement. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.

- Communicating with clients and other parties involved in the transaction
- Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date on industry developments

Qualifications:
- . from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar of preferred office location
- 3-5 years of experience in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures at a law firm
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
