Winston & Strawn, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group in either New York or Los Angeles. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong deal experience in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. The ideal candidate will have experience across a variety of asset types and structures, although this is not a requirement. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating finance agreements, securitization documents, and other related contracts
- Conducting due diligence and analyzing legal and regulatory issues
- Assisting with the structuring and execution of financing transactions
- Communicating with clients and other parties involved in the transaction
- Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date on industry developments

Qualifications:
- . from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar of preferred office location
- 3-5 years of experience in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures at a law firm
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
