Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Manage cases and handle all phases of insurance defense litigation
- Participate in motion practice and discovery
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
- Provide a defense for property and personal injury claims for insured and self-insured businesses and individuals
- Specialize in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates who are experienced trial attorneys
- Obtain recognition and awards for successful defense verdicts

Qualifications:

- Strong research and writing skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- At least 7 years of experience preferred
- Ability to handle all phases of litigation and trial experience preferred
