Law Firm Seeking Experienced Employment Litigation Of Counsel in San Diego, CA

Responsibilities:
- Defend and litigate a variety of employment-related lawsuits and agency charges
- Provide counsel and training to employers on employment and labor law issues
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and administrative proceedings
- Handle class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases

Requirements:
- JD from accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 9+ years of employment litigation experience, including managing and running cases in a first-chair capacity
- Active CA Bar admission
- Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of current agency procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork
