## Finance Associate Attorney (Junior to Mid-Level)

Law firm is looking for a junior to mid-level Finance Associate to join their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of law firm experience primarily representing sponsors, borrowers, banks, direct lenders and other types of lenders in secured and unsecured loan transactions. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in acquisition finance but all types of finance backgrounds will be considered.

The successful candidate will be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrable client relationship skills.

The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $345,000 annually, depending on factors such as market data, prior relevant experience, and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications. Additionally, the position may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits, flexible time off, and paid holidays.
