- Aids in e-discovery and trial preparation
- Assists with trial site preparation and may attend trials
- Conducts legal research through document reviews, public records, and electronic sources
- Prepares and maintains documents for attorney review and use
- Manages document production processes and maintains chain of custody
- Designs and implements document review systems
- Summarizes research results clearly and concisely
- Compiles information into charts, graphs, and timelines
- Conducts cite checking and proofreading of legal documents
- Prepares privilege logs and pretrial documents
- Manages all phases of litigation case, including motion practice, discovery, arbitration, trial, and appellate procedures
- Administers all phases of litigation case with supervision from attorneys
