Position Summary

- Temporary Project Attorneys needed to assist Pittsburgh-based Records & E-Discovery Team.
- Responsible for conducting document reviews using specialized E-Discovery software.
- Must have at least one year of experience with E-Discovery tools.
- Candidates must be actively licensed and residing in Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or Washington DC.

Salary Information

- Temporary Project Attorneys will be paid at an hourly rate of $29 per hour.
- Duration of employment can vary by project, typically lasting 4-6 weeks.

Experience Information

- Prior large-scale document review experience strongly preferred.
- Must have a degree and be licensed to practice law in good standing.
- Strong academic credentials and experience with E-Discovery tools preferred.

Essential Functions

- Efficient and accurate document review using specialized software.
- Timely and accurate recording of daily timekeeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS suite of software.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality legal service to clients.

Requirements

- Must have a degree and be actively licensed and in good standing in Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or Washington DC.
- Candidates must provide information for conflict and background checks and a certificate of good standing from the Court where they are licensed.
- Prior electronic document review experience preferred.

Other

- No supervisory responsibilities.
- Must have access to a personal computer and other office equipment.
- Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment.
- Ability to handle stress and manage multiple priorities and tasks.
- Must be able to adapt to changing work situations and communicate with various personalities at all levels.
- Work is performed remotely, with prior approval for any hours worked over 40 per week.
