### Position Overview
Law Firm in Tampa, Florida is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to join the practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 10 years of bankruptcy (including bankruptcy litigation) experience. The successful candidate will have strong communication and writing skills, as well as strong analytical and research skills. Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Florida is also required.

### Job Requirements
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school Florida bar license 4+ years’ bankruptcy law practice experience Strong technological skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and practice management systems, portals and technologies Superior research skills, including the use of online services, databases and the Internet Superior organizational skills Project management skills including a strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical, problem solving and decision making skills Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Physically able to sit for up to one-half hour at a time, lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to one hour per day, and bend and stoop occasionally, up to one-half hour per day
