Responsibilities:

- Review, analyze, and assess investment documentation for alternative investments, such as private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds.
- Assist with the formation and ongoing operation of legal entities and investment vehicles.
- Track, record, maintain, and update information about our clients, including tax, jurisdictional, and regulatory concerns and preferences.
- Maintain and enhance records of fund reviews and side letters.
- Liaise with Research, Investment, and Operations teams to deliver and receive information on investment products and timing.
- Assist all members of the Legal Department on various matters.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of paralegal experience, preferably with project management experience.
- Experience in alternative investments is preferred.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- from an accredited four-year college.
