Requirements:

• IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution
• Mechanical engineering degree (advanced degrees and/or work experience prior to law school strongly preferred)
• USPTO membership
• Familiarity with machinery, mechanical and/or electro-mechanical systems
• IP transactional experience a plus
• Associates must have 4 or more years of experience
• Patent agents must have 5 or more years of experience
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Knowledge and experience with other forms of intellectual property protection a plus
