Position Summary:
The Health Care Transactional and Corporate Associate will work with a diverse group of corporate clients in the health care industry, handling a variety of general corporate and transactional matters. This role will also contribute to the growth and success of the firm's health care practice across all office locations.

Responsibilities:
• Represent corporate clients in the health care industry in various corporate and M&A transactions
• Support the firm's health care practice through excellent legal work and relationship management
• Communicate effectively with clients and negotiate on their behalf
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to health care

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including corporate and M&A transactional work
• Exposure to clients in the health care industry preferred
• Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiating skills
• Portable and growing book of business is a plus

Salary Information:
• Salary Range: $120,000 to $155,000
