Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in business.
• Licensed to practice since 2020 or earlier.
• Law firm experience with private equity transactions.
• Excellent law school and undergraduate credentials and references.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Certifications:

• Law license obtained in 2020 or earlier.
