# Consumer Financial Services Associate

Troutman Pepper Law Firm is looking for a California barred Attorney to join their Consumer Financial Services practice group. This position requires 3 to 5 years of state and federal court litigation experience, with a focus on complex litigation, business disputes, and health care litigation, ERISA, out-of-network issues, and consumer litigation.

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

* Excellent academic and professional credentials
* Superior research and writing ability
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Clerkship experience is preferred
* Must be located in a state where Troutman Pepper has an office
* Must be admitted and actively barred in the state in which they live
* Must be actively barred in California

## Salary

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $330,000, dependent on years of experience and geographic location.
