Litigation Associate - Stamford, CT

Position Overview
- Seeking an associate with 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience to join our growing team in Stamford, CT
- Hands-on experience in all aspects of complex commercial litigation and familiarity with state and federal courts in Connecticut
- Excited about litigating and taking on more responsibility and challenging work
- Prior experience as a judicial clerk is a plus
- Dual admission in New York courts is a plus
- Experience with government and internal investigations is a plus

Responsibilities
- Handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing pleadings and motions
- Day-to-day case management and participation in trial preparation

Requirements
- 2-5 years of solid commercial litigation experience
- Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills
- Team-oriented with an emphasis on collaboration
- Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities
- Connecticut bar admission in good standing (dual admission in NY is a plus)
