The ideal candidate will possess developed skills in trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement. Previous experience in a large law firm setting is preferred, and the candidate should demonstrate strong academic credentials along with excellent writing skills.

Duties:

• Conduct trademark clearance activities to ensure the availability of marks for use and registration.
• Handle trademark prosecution, including filing and managing trademark applications.
• Provide counseling on trademark matters, offering legal advice to clients.
• Enforce trademark rights through legal actions when necessary.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputable law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 2-5 years of experience in trademark law.
• Prior experience in a large law firm setting (preferred).
