We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to join our Kansas City office and help us continue our tradition of excellence in representing employers in labor and employment matters.

As an Associate Attorney at Jackson Lewis, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. You will also have the chance to represent our clients in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration. We are looking for someone with a strong background in employment law, including experience with class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.

To be considered for this position, you must have a with excellent academic credentials. You should also have active bar admission in Missouri and/or Kansas, or the ability to obtain admission quickly. We value attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to professionalism and teamwork.
