Responsibilities:

- Advise and guide clients on various personal injury claims, including slip & fall, construction, and motor vehicle accidents.
- Conduct thorough investigations to assess and build strong cases.
- Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to execute end-to-end litigation.
- Prepare legal documents, such as complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective case management.
- Stay updated on personal injury laws and legal developments.

Qualifications:

- Licensed in New York State.
- 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
- Strong work ethic and resilience to handle complex cases.

Compensation: $100,000-175,000 per year plus bonus, commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k), health savings account, paid time off, referral program, dental insurance, and vision insurance.
