Law Firm Seeking Experienced Staff Attorney in Orlando

Holland & Knight, a leading law firm in Orlando, is currently seeking a Staff Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified individual to gain experience in litigation while working with a team of legal professionals in a culture of mutual respect and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

- Reviewing commercial contracts
- Managing contract approval process for timely review and approval
- Drafting legal correspondence
- Fielding inquiries
- Participating in weekly meetings with leadership team for updates

Requirements:

- Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using virtual data rooms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience billing time

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience using contract management software
